Tiffanie B. Powell is an experienced attorney with 26 years of practice, specializing in estate planning, probate and trust administration. A dedicated wife and mother, she has a heart for people and works tirelessly to help families protect and preserve the maximum amount of wealth possible for future generations.

As the founder of Tiffanie B. Powell & Associates, PC in Matteson, Illinois, she focuses on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as estate administration matters. For more than 15 years, she has led the firm with a lasting commitment to the families and communities she serves. She is a trustworthy advocate who provides ethical guidance clients can count on.

An award-winning business owner and active community leader, Tiffanie was honored with the 2021 Small Business of the Year Award from the South Suburban Small Business Association. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Trusts & Estates Section Council, where she serves as Chair of the Access to Justice Committee. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Lambda Tau Omega Chapter, the Professional Women’s Network, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. A passionate speaker, Tiffanie spends much of her time educating others on the importance of proper estate planning and financial responsibility.

Tiffanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Truman State University (1997), a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Law (2000), and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Spertus College in Chicago (2010).
